Pumpkin Non-Standard Unit Measuring


We used Unifix Cubes to measure different size pumpkins.
 
 
Then we found objects in the room that were the same size as the pumpkin.

    Andy loved the pumpkin measuring activity! He told me that some pumpkins were 4 and some were 5. He also estimated "how many" some objects around home would be. He is learning so much this year! Thanks for all you do!
